Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible when an incorrect address is given, when extreme weather conditions create a shipping delay, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify due to unforeseen shipping and/or other external issues. In the event a refund is deemed necessary, the refund will be credited to the originating credit card only.
