Marnee's Cookies is more than a name on a box. Marnee's is all about cookies and creating the unforgettable cookie experience. It takes far more than me and my name to make this happen. And because life is simply too short not to say thank you... I want to thank the enthusiastic, hard-working staff and diligent board members who are behind each and every cookie and every box sent out to eager customers.
Speaking of customers. I want to give heartfelt thanks to our loyal customers. It puts a smile on my face to see the reaction of customers when they first come in the bistro. They enjoy the ambience, become wide-eyed with all the cookies, have an epiphany with the names, savor the smell and of course, love the cookies. And for our many customers not in Maine, I cherish all your emails and letters about how much you love our cookies. Please keep them coming!
And speaking about things coming around again. It's Cookie Karma season again. Marnee's Cookies is proud to continue its holiday tradition of giving by donating a portion of holiday proceeds to the winning 2008 Charity of the year (see related article.) So in the spirit of the season, sending you cookie-licious thanks and lots of cookie karma!

Marnee's Cookies is once again hosting The Cookie Karma Affair, which celebrates National Cookie Day on December 4 (which also happens to be Marnee's birthday!) This gourmet cookie tasting and charity event kicks off the holiday season, where guests vote for both their favorite cookie of the year and more importantly, their favorite charity. The charity with the most votes receives a portion of holiday orders.

In celebration of St Nick’s Feast Day (patron saint of bakers), Marnee’s Cookies is hosting a Holiday’s Best Cookie Contest. Bring in your best holiday cookie for entry prior to Dec 6th. Minimum quantity for submission is two dozen. Why? Because the remaining cookies will be packaged as gifts for the elderly and soup kitchen this holiday season. Now that's karma at work.
