Marnee Robinson, inspired baker and Cookie Executive Officer (CEO) of Marnee’s Cookies, was serendipitously born on National Cookie Day. So it seemed inevitable she is passionate about cookies and just plain destiny when she opened her cookie company.  

Marnee Robinson has been a cookie enthusiast forever. Over the years, she has been inspired by a few, but mostly disappointed by many cookies. So, Marnee made it her mission to create the perfect cookie. Her first two signature cookies – Marnee’s Nirvana and Marnee’s Serendipity become the inspiration for her company. Then one day, Marnee had an Epiphany and created her quintessential cookie line. After all, we are all about cookies!

Marnee’s dream becomes reality

In 2005, Marnee’s Cookies became a business and a lifetime dream became a reality, Marnee’s Cookies philosophy evolved “to delight customers with an unforgettable cookie experience every time…because life is simply too short to eat a bad cookie.” Today, Marnee’s Cookies delights loyal customers around the world - from Maine to California, from Paris to India.

As the business grows, so has the Marnee’s Cookies team. Everyone on the team has fun titles to keep them motivated and focused, such as Cookie Marketing Officer, Cookie Design Officer, Cookie Operations Manager and the Cookie Bistro Manager. Marnee’s Cookies is also privileged to be working with a great team of cookie advisors helping to turn this small business into a big business. And as the saying goes, behind every Marnee’s Cookie is the inspired baker – and behind the inspired baker is a team of professionals dedicated to creating an unforgettable cookie experience for every customer.

In September 2007, Marnee’s Cookies expanded from the original home kitchen facility to a 4,000 square foot cookie facility in downtown Bath, Maine. This expanded facility is both a cookie factory and cookie bistro. The cookie factory will help us bake more cookies, more quickly for all our hungry customers.
